The Postal Service of India and the Postal Department has been invited applications for Gramin Dak Sevak posts in Telangana Postal Circle under Cycle 3 recruitment phase. In January 2021, recruitment was released for Gramin Dak Sevak posts in Telangana Postal Circle. Recruitment is being announced for a total of 1150 posts. The educational qualification for these vacancies is Class 10th (Matriculation).
The eligible candidates were able to submit the online applications for the Gramin Dak Sevak posts from 27 January 2021 to 26 February 2021 from the official website at www.appost.in/gdsonline respectively. Later the online application submission date has been extended to 01 March 2021.

As we know, the postal department is initiating Gramin Dak Sevaks Bharti for many years. The department never conducts a written exam or viva-voce for the final selection of candidates for these jobs. The GDS Result and Final List for various postal circles are prepared purely on the basis of the applicant’s academic performance i.e Class 10th result. If two or more applicants have the same marks in the SSC 10th exams, then the person with higher age will be selected for the respective post.
